Tosheo is the operating system for AI-native production: it carries a production from greenlight through planning, generation, review, repair, localization, rights clearance, delivery and performance learning. Third-party models produce the media. Tosheo governs the production.
It enters the market through two solutions only - Indian-language serialized story production, and branded story campaigns - and it declines most other AI video use cases outright.

Questions people ask
What is Tosheo?
A governed production system for AI-native media. It unifies creative canon, human approvals, rights, multilingual production and measurable performance in one workflow, starting with Indian-language serialized entertainment and branded stories.
Is Tosheo a one-prompt movie generator?
No. It is built around creator-directed episodic production: planning, approvals, storyboards, continuity checks, generation, correction and delivery. No arrangement of models produces a finished season from a sentence.
Do I need a finished script to begin?
No. A one-line idea, a character or a conflict is enough. Tosheo can propose a reviewable series foundation, cast, season arc, episode script and storyboard, and you decide what becomes canon. A synopsis, screenplay, novel, comic or series bible is a better starting point if you have one.
Which languages does Tosheo support?
A Hindi primary track with two additional Indian-language tracks at launch, decided per production during validation. We are not publishing a longer list until production quality and economics for each track are proven.
How does Tosheo keep characters consistent?
Identity lives in creative canon as approved references and story state, inherited by every shot rather than re-described in a prompt. Generated results are compared against those references, so a drift is a detectable mismatch rather than an opinion.
Can I replace one shot without remaking the episode?
That is the core design goal. The shot is the unit of generation, review and repair, and a repair preserves the relationship between the original, the change, the approval and the delivered version.
Does Tosheo replace writers and directors?
No. You remain responsible for the story and approve canon, scripts, storyboards, budgets, corrections and the final cut. Automation can propose, generate, check, route and assemble - it cannot approve spend, clear rights, accept a final cut or publish.
Who owns the characters and episodes?
You retain control of your original world and outputs, subject to the pilot and service terms, and accepted assets and production data remain exportable.
How much does it cost?
The pricing page lists Basic, Pro, Ultra and Infinite plans with monthly and annual billing, included credits and optional credit packs. Compare the allowances and capabilities there. Subscriptions and credit purchases will be available when Tosheo launches.
Can I just try it?
Yes, for the planning stages. Open a production from the composer on the homepage and you can build a brief and canon, take it through a storyboard pass and animatic, and see the continuity check and the cost estimate, all self-serve and free. Rendering is where it becomes a paid, scoped engagement, and we still decline several categories of work outright.
What will you not produce?
Passive-income or bulk content-farm work, generic talking-avatar or product-demo UGC as standalone production, political persuasion, news, financial advice, deceptive testimonials, celebrity likeness or cloned voice without verified permission, feature films, and child-directed production during the initial compliance phase.
Do you guarantee views or campaign performance?
No, and nobody honestly can. We are contractually accountable for the agreed workflow, deliverables, acceptance criteria and transparent production evidence.
Can Tosheo publish my episodes for me?
No. Automation in Tosheo cannot publish externally. We prepare a delivery package for the destination you name and you or your distribution partner publish it.
What happens to my application?
It is emailed to the team. There is no application database; applications live in the email inbox under the terms of the privacy policy. A successful submission confirms the email service accepted it, not that you have been selected.
Where is Tosheo based?
Tosheo Labs Private Limited, Gurugram, India. Production is Hindi-first and the team works from India, which is also why the rights practice is shaped by Indian production realities.
What stage is the product at?
Bootstrapped validation. Tosheo is producing its own serialized demonstration work before selling a platform, and the production evidence - cost per accepted minute, repair examples, continuity results, language-track results - has not been published yet.
