Regional by intention
Language is part of a story’s identity. We are starting with one focused launch language and will expand only when production quality is proven.
We’re building Tosheo for the storytellers who already know what happens next - and need a production system that can follow them there.

A striking AI-generated shot can suggest a whole world. But a world becomes a story when its people remain recognizable, its choices have consequences, and the next scene remembers what came before.
For regional creators, there is another layer: the language, pronunciation, relationships, humour, and familiar details that make a story feel like it belongs somewhere.
That is the problem Tosheo is being built around. A connected production system that carries a creator’s approved cast, world, voices, and visual identity from the first hook to the final cliffhanger.

Language is part of a story’s identity. We are starting with one focused launch language and will expand only when production quality is proven.
World, series, season, episode, scene, and shot belong to one production. Approved decisions should carry forward instead of being recreated.
Writers and directors make the important creative decisions. AI helps with the production work; it does not take over the story.
The unit of value is an episode you can finish and a season you can continue. More unused generations are not the outcome.
Tosheo is currently developing and validating its creator-directed production approach. We are recruiting a focused founding cohort, rather than opening a self-service generation product.
The intended pilot is a coherent three-episode microdrama based on an original story. Quality, continuity, correction effort, cost transparency, and the ability to finish matter more than a spectacular isolated shot.
