Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
Your plan grants a credit allowance at the start of each billing period. Production tasks draw down that balance. Credit packs top up the same balance and stack on top of your plan allowance.
Will my credits expire?
Credits bought as a pack do not expire. Plan credits are granted per billing period.
Can I purchase extra credits?
Yes, on any paid plan. Use "Buy credits" to add a one-time pack, or take a monthly commitment for a discount.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Stripe portal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Production tasks that need credits will not start until you top up or your next period begins. Nothing already delivered is affected.
