A fictional scene places Anaya and Kabir across a table. The director changes the emotional beat from confrontation to hesitation. That affects framing, performance and dialogue timing, but should not casually alter the characters or the room.
Give each workflow the same scene and character references. Examine the proposed shots, emotional progression and assumptions. Assess how easily a writer or director can understand and revise the plan before generating footage.
02
Follow a changed decision
Revise the emotional direction and ask what needs to be reconsidered. Track the effect on dialogue, camera distance and planned assets. The question is whether dependent decisions remain legible to the next person working on the scene.
03
Define acceptance
Specify who approves the board, authorises production spend and accepts the edit. Then ask how the system represents those decisions. Evaluate the documented workflow against your process rather than assuming a feature name answers the question.
