Briefs, campaign copy, audience research summaries and content calendars, with checks for invented claims and off-brand tone.
Tosheo.ai is an online AI course that builds a path around your job, your level and the tasks you actually do, then has you practise each skill in a real AI tool with feedback against a visible rubric. You learn in 10 to 15 minute lessons, finish with a practical assessment and earn a recognised certificate.
7-day free trial. No credit card needed.
You will continue on the Tosheo.ai app to create your account and review the trial terms.
It is for working professionals who want to use AI well in the job they already have, not people training to build AI systems. If your week is full of emails, reports, campaigns, forecasts, tickets, interviews or plans, and you want ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot to help without creating new mistakes, the course is built around you.
You do not need a technical background. The diagnostic at the start finds out what you already do with AI, so a confident Copilot user and someone who has never opened ChatGPT get very different first lessons.
Briefs, campaign copy, audience research summaries and content calendars, with checks for invented claims and off-brand tone.
Account research, discovery call preparation, follow-up emails and objection handling, grounded in what the prospect actually said.
Job descriptions, interview guides, policy drafts and onboarding plans, with bias and fairness checks built into the practice.
Variance commentary, report summaries and spreadsheet help, with every figure traced back to the source.
Process documents, ticket replies, meeting summaries, user research synthesis and requirement drafts.
Founders who wear several hats, and people moving into a new role who want practical AI skills they can show, not a theory course.
You take a short diagnostic, and Tosheo.ai builds an adaptive path of lessons matched to your role and level. The diagnostic asks about your work, the AI tools you can use and a few practical questions.
Your path starts with AI at work: writing clear prompts, giving a tool the right context, checking output, handling sensitive information and choosing the right tool for a task. It then continues into professional foundations in data science, machine learning, AI and blockchain, so you understand the ideas behind the tools and can talk about them sensibly with specialists. Every subject starts with concepts and no-code practice. If you want to go hands-on, an optional Code track adds Python from zero, SQL, data science and machine learning in code, AI APIs and AI apps, agents, AI-assisted coding and smart contracts.
The path adapts as you go. If you score well on a skill, the next lessons move on. If a rubric shows a gap, for example you keep forgetting to tell the tool which facts it may use, the path brings that skill back in a different task until it sticks.
Each lesson has a short explanation, a worked example from your role and a hands-on task you complete in a real AI tool. The task is then marked against a rubric you can see before you start, with specific feedback on what to change. If you think a score is wrong, you can flag it for review.
Take a fictional example. Amara, a fictional marketing manager at a 40-person software company, gets a lesson on turning interview notes into a customer story. The worked example shows a weak prompt that produced an invented quote and a strong prompt that limited the tool to her notes. Her task is to write her own prompt using a fictional set of interview notes, run it in the AI tool she uses, and fix the draft.
Her rubric has four criteria: the prompt names the audience and purpose, the draft uses only facts from the notes, every quote matches the notes word for word, and the final version is under the word limit. The feedback might say that her prompt was clear but she missed a figure the tool rounded up. That one comment teaches more than an hour of video, because it is about her own work.
You will not get a full-time bootcamp, a degree, an accredited qualification, a job guarantee or lessons in languages other than English. It is better to know that before you start than to find out halfway through.
Every subject starts without code, and the Code track in Python, SQL, AI APIs, agents and Solidity is optional and taught in short lessons. If you already work as a professional engineer and want advanced specialist training, a technical programme suits you better.
The recognised certificate shows you passed a practical assessment. It is not a university degree, a diploma or a regulated qualification.
Lessons, tasks and feedback are in English. The website is translated, but the course itself is not.
There is no catalogue of thousands of courses to browse. You get one path built for you, and you spend most of your time doing, not watching.
The recognised certificate shows that you completed your path and passed a final practical assessment, a set of real tasks marked against the same kind of rubric you used in your lessons. It is evidence of what you can do with AI tools, not just proof that you watched something.
You can add it to your CV or professional profile and talk an employer through the tasks it covered. Be honest about what it is: a practical certificate for working professionals, not an accredited qualification. The certificates page explains how the assessment works and what the certificate does not prove.
The Individual plan costs USD 79 a month or USD 790 a year, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with no credit card needed. You can try the diagnostic and your first lessons before you decide whether to pay.
When you sign up you own your own workspace. If you later want colleagues to learn with you, you can move to the Team plan, and your progress comes with you. Team pricing, including extra members and volume pricing for larger groups, is on the pricing page.
| Plan | Price | What it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Individual, monthly | USD 79 a month | Trying the course and learning at your own pace with the option to stop any month |
| Individual, yearly | USD 790 a year | Working through the full path, from AI at work to the professional foundations |
| Free trial | 7 days, no credit card needed | Taking the diagnostic and your first lessons before you decide |
Free lessons are a good way to learn individual techniques, and Tosheo.ai publishes free lessons of its own. What you pay for is the part a free page cannot do: a path chosen for your role and level, tasks marked against a rubric with feedback on your actual attempt, lessons that adapt when you struggle and a final practical assessment.
If you only need one technique, such as a better meeting summary prompt, a free lesson is enough. If you want to become reliably good at using AI across your job, and have something to show for it, the structured path is the faster route. Start with the free lessons if you are unsure; they use the same teaching style.
Yes. The short diagnostic at the start places you at your level, so a complete beginner starts with the basics of prompting and checking output, while someone who already uses AI daily skips ahead. No technical background is needed.
Lessons take 10 to 15 minutes each, so most people fit one or two into a working day. The full length depends on your path and how quickly you pass each rubric, because the course adapts to your results rather than running on a fixed timetable.
Yes, if you want to. You start without code in AI at work and professional foundations in data science, machine learning, AI and blockchain. The optional Code track then teaches Python from zero, SQL, data science and machine learning in code, AI APIs and apps, agents and AI-assisted coding. It is not a full-time bootcamp, a degree or a job guarantee.
No. Tosheo.ai awards a recognised certificate after you pass a final practical assessment. It shows practical skill with AI tools, but it is not an accredited qualification, degree or diploma.
