Who we are and what these terms cover

Tosheo is a regional AI microdrama production initiative operated by Tosh Labs Private Limited (“Tosheo”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to this website, its published materials, and its interactive demonstrations.

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use it. A signed pilot or production agreement, where one exists, governs the services it describes and takes precedence over these website terms for those services.

Our current validation stage

Tosheo is in focused validation. It is not an open self-service generation service, streaming platform, or creator marketplace. Product descriptions explain the intended production approach; they are not guarantees that every described capability is available today.

The cast, scenes, budgets, approvals, and production statuses displayed on this website are fictional examples. Interacting with a demonstration does not create an account, order production, authorize spending, or obtain a license to a production service.

Pilot eligibility and applications

The founding pilot is intended for creators aged 18 or older and small teams that own or control an original story, plan at least three connected episodes, accept a stylized visual format, and can participate in creative review.

The application form currently operates as a front-end demonstration. Its fields are not sent to us or saved as an application, and its success screen is not an acknowledgement of receipt. Please use sample information. When live applications become available, applying will not guarantee selection or create a production commitment.

Free prepared episode previews

The free episode box lets you explore one of seven prepared fictional examples. It does not generate, adapt, or produce your submitted idea, and it does not deliver a rendered video or recorded voice. Your idea remains an on-screen reference in your browser while the page is open.

You may download a prepared episode pack for personal or legitimate business evaluation. The pack, its fictional cast, and its story material remain website demonstration materials and are not licensed for publication, resale, or commercial production.

Your stories and intellectual property

You retain your existing rights in your original stories, characters, scripts, and other materials. Viewing this site or using a demonstration does not transfer those rights to Tosheo.

Do not submit or share material unless you own it or have the necessary permissions, including rights relating to real people’s likenesses, voices, and personal information. Do not send confidential scripts or unpublished assets through a general enquiry unless a suitable agreement is in place.

Rights in accepted production assets and final episodes, permitted AI-provider processing, export arrangements, and any portfolio use will be set out in the applicable pilot agreement. AI-assisted output may not be unique, and copyright protection can depend on the facts and applicable law.

Using this website’s materials

The Tosheo name, branding, website design, written materials, and original demonstration artwork are owned by or made available to Tosh Labs Private Limited, except where otherwise credited. Third-party software, fonts, and assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

You may access this site for personal or legitimate business evaluation and share links to its pages. These terms do not grant permission to resell its content, use the Tosheo identity to imply endorsement, or commercially reuse the fictional demonstration cast or imagery.

Respectful and lawful use

Use the site lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or its operation. In particular, do not:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your rights in a story.
• Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the website.
• Use enquiry channels for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
• Collect other people’s personal information from the site without authorization.
• Bypass access restrictions or claim Tosheo guarantees income, audience growth, or production outcomes.

Creative approval, costs, and paid services

There is no checkout or payment collection on this website. Demonstration approvals, including “Approve Render”, have no financial effect.

A paid pilot requires a separate agreement defining scope, deliverables, estimated and maximum authorized costs, milestones, review responsibilities, third-party costs, cancellation and refund terms, and handling of rejected or failed outputs. A creator’s approval of a script is not authorization for additional spending.

Tosheo does not promise unlimited generation, perfect consistency, support for every language, guaranteed monetization, or completely autonomous filmmaking.

Availability and external services

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features during validation. We aim to present accurate information, but the website and demonstrations are provided on an “as available” basis. They should not be relied on as a binding production specification.

Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content.

Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on illustrative demonstrations, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.

Updates and questions

We may revise these terms as the website and pilot develop. The date at the top identifies the current version. A new version does not change an existing signed production agreement unless that agreement provides for the change.
