A 5-minute self-rating and short practical tasks set the starting level.
A useful AI training certificate should be earned by doing practical work, not by watching videos. In Tosheo.ai a recognised certificate is planned for learners who complete their role path and pass a final practical assessment.
Rewrite a launch email. Keep the promise specific. Remove the claim you cannot prove.
Example learner / role path / final practical assessment
A record of completing the planned path and assessment. Certificate branding and verification terms will be confirmed before launch.
A learner earns the planned certificate by completing their role path and then passing a final practical assessment. There is no shortcut through the path: the assessment opens only once the path is finished.
A 5-minute self-rating and short practical tasks set the starting level.
10 to 15 minute lessons, each ending in a hands-on task scored against a visible rubric.
Role-plays that combine several skills under realistic pressure.
A larger task that draws on the whole role skill graph.
Awarded on a pass, with a verifiable URL, a QR code and a LinkedIn share button.
The final assessment is a realistic task from the learner's role, done in a real AI tool and scored against a rubric shown in advance. It is designed to make the learner demonstrate and explain their judgement across the path, not recall definitions.
An illustrative Marketing assessment: a fictional bakery chain, Fernhill Bakes, is opening a new branch. The learner receives a short brief, three brand-voice examples and a list of approved facts. They must use AI to draft a launch email and two social posts, remove anything the facts do not support, keep the brand voice and write a short note explaining every change they made to the AI drafts.
The rubric would cover evidence, voice, suitability for each channel and the quality of the review note. A learner who produces polished copy but cannot say why they removed an invented opening-day offer has not shown the skill the certificate is meant to record. Pass marks, retake rules and timing will be published with the assessment terms before launch.
Each certificate is planned to have its own verifiable URL and a QR code that opens it, so an employer or client can confirm it is genuine rather than rely on an image. The learner can share it to LinkedIn with a share button.
The verification page is expected to confirm the learner, the role path and the date it was awarded. The exact fields will be confirmed before launch. This marketing website does not issue or verify certificates, and any example shown here is labelled as a sample.
The certificate is described as a recognised certificate. Whether it is co-branded with an established certification partner or issued as a standalone Tosheo.ai certificate is an open decision. Until that is settled, no partner logo, accreditation or regulatory recognition is claimed on this site.
If the recognition terms matter for your purchase, for example because you want to show leadership a credential with a named body behind it, ask us for the confirmed terms before you buy.
Certificates are planned to be included in the Team, Team Annual and Growth plans, with no separate exam fee in the current pricing hypothesis. Pricing is a starting point and can change before launch, so the pricing page holds the current figures.
For a manager, the certificate has a second use: it gives a simple, verifiable record to show leadership that people finished a practical programme, alongside the dashboard view of skill progress.
A certificate records that the learner completed the programme and passed its assessment under the published terms. It does not prove that every future AI output will be correct, it does not qualify anyone for a regulated activity and it does not replace review of important work.
The certificate is also not a hiring test. It is earned by existing staff after a training path, so it is not designed to compare job candidates. Tosheo.ai is pre-build, and we make no claim of independent evidence of learner outcomes or employer acceptance.
It is planned as a recognised certificate, but the certificate brand and any partner are still undecided. No accreditation or regulatory recognition is claimed until the terms are confirmed.
Yes, a LinkedIn share button is planned, along with a verifiable URL and a QR code that let others confirm the certificate is genuine.
Not in the current pricing hypothesis. Certificates are planned to be included in all team plans. Check the pricing page for the latest figures.
Retake rules will be published with the assessment terms before launch. The adaptive path is planned to give extra practice on the skills where the learner's work scored lower.
It shows they passed a practical assessment under published terms. It does not prove every future output will be right, so important work still needs normal review.
