Who is this vibe coding course for, and who is it not for?
It is for founders, product managers, operations staff, analysts and designers who have an idea for a small tool, such as an internal form, a booking page or a script that tidies data, and who want to build a working prototype without waiting for a developer.
It is not a full-time bootcamp, a software engineering degree or a job guarantee. It will not make you a professional developer, and it does not teach you to ship customer-facing systems that handle payments or sensitive personal data on your own. Those need an experienced engineer's review, and the course teaches you to prepare work for exactly that review.
Is vibe-coded software safe to use as it is?
No, not without review. AI-assisted coding produces code quickly, but that code can contain bugs, leaked secrets, unsafe handling of user input and dependencies nobody checked. Anthropic's own security guidance for Claude Code says the user is responsible for reviewing proposed code and commands before approving them. The course treats every result as a draft until it has been read, run, tested and, beyond a personal tool, checked by a developer.
What will I learn in the vibe coding course?
Six modules, moving from describing software to taking responsibility for it. Tool descriptions come from each vendor's own documentation.
1. How AI coding tools differ
Chat assistants, AI in your editor and agentic coding tools. Cursor describes itself as a coding agent; app builders such as Lovable and Replit Agent build web apps from plain language.
2. Vibe coding responsibly
Building a small app by describing it, then checking what was actually built against what you asked for, screen by screen.
3. Coding agents
Claude Code reads a codebase, edits files and runs commands from the terminal, an IDE, a desktop app or the browser. Codex works through a CLI, an IDE extension and Codex Cloud. You brief one on a task and review its changes.
4. Prompting for code
Writing requirements, constraints, examples and acceptance tests so the tool builds the right thing the first time.
5. Verifying and debugging
Reading, running and testing AI-written code, and finding and fixing a bug with an assistant instead of accepting its first guess.
6. Security and handover
Spotting leaked secrets, unsafe inputs and risky dependencies, then documenting a prototype so a developer can take it on.
Do I need coding experience for this AI coding course?
You do not need to be able to write code, but you do need to be willing to read it. Modules one, two and four work for complete beginners. From module three onwards you open a terminal, look at files and diffs and run tests, shown step by step. If you have never seen code, the diagnostic adds the first three Python course lessons to your path, because reading a few lines is how you catch an AI tool's mistakes.
How does the personalised path adapt to me?
The diagnostic asks what you want to build and shows you a short piece of AI-written code with a deliberate flaw. If you spot it, you move quickly to coding agents and security. If not, you spend longer on verification first.
Your goal sets the examples. Someone who wants internal tools works with forms and data; someone validating a product idea builds a clickable prototype in an app builder; someone who already writes scripts works mainly with a coding agent in an existing project.
What do I practise?
Every task produces software you run. One example from module five: Fernbrook Physio, a fictional three-clinic physiotherapy practice, wants a simple page where staff log equipment that needs repair. You give a coding agent a written brief, let it build the page, then test it with an empty form, a very long entry and a duplicate entry.
The rubric, visible from the start, checks that your brief listed what the page must and must not do, that you ran all three tests and recorded what happened, that you found and fixed at least one problem the agent introduced, and that no password or key was written into the code.
How long does the vibe coding course take?
Lessons take 10 to 15 minutes each, sized so one agent task and its check fit in that time. Your path length depends on the diagnostic and your pace, so we do not quote hours.
What do I get at the end?
A final practical assessment asks you to build a small tool with an AI coding tool and hand it over with tests and notes. Passing earns a recognised certificate. It is not an accredited qualification, and it is not issued or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or any tool vendor.
How much does the vibe coding course cost?
All Tosheo.ai plans include this course; any coding tool subscription you use is separate and billed by its vendor. The Individual plan costs USD 79 per month or USD 790 per year. Teams pay USD 189 per month or USD 1,890 per year for up to 3 members, plus USD 49 per month or USD 490 per year for each further member, and 25 or more members get volume pricing. Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is needed.
