What does this score mean?
The result summarises your answers to five practical questions. It is a self-reported discussion aid with equal editorial weights, not a validated assessment of employee skill, organisational compliance or future productivity. Someone can be confident and still need help checking an output.
Each answer contributes zero, one or two points. The total is divided by ten and multiplied by one hundred. A not-sure answer contributes zero so it highlights an area to discuss; it is not a judgement about a person's ability.
What should you do with the result?
Read the individual answers before focusing on the total. A team with access to tools but no review standard needs a different next step from a team that knows the checks but has no time to practise. Pick one low-risk task and a person who can review it.
The questionnaire runs in this tab. It does not save or submit answers. A trial link at the end takes you to the separate app signup flow, where you can review the actual product and account terms. Do not use this self-check to rank candidates, award credentials or make employment decisions.
