Access to an AI tool is not the same as knowing how to use it. Teams need practice in asking a clear question, providing safe context, checking an answer and explaining their own decisions. A generic course can be a starting point, but the work still needs to connect to someone's role.
Our approach starts with the manager: choose roles, invite the team and help each person work through an adaptive path. It is intended for companies that want a practical starting point without a lengthy procurement process.
