What is this comparison based on?

Scholé's side of this page comes from Scholé's own pages, read on 16 October 2026: its homepage, pricing, teams, integrations and tool library pages, its comparison index and its llms.txt summary. Tosheo.ai is pre-build, so everything said about it here is planned launch scope, and its prices are a planned hypothesis that can change before launch. Vendor statements come from that vendor's own public pages, read on 16 October 2026 and listed under sources. Nothing was tested, scored or benchmarked.

Scholé is the closest comparison on this site. Both products describe adaptive, role-based AI training for staff. The differences are mostly about who each is built for, how it is bought, what it connects to, and the fact that one exists today and the other does not.

What does Scholé offer today?

Scholé's pricing page lists three plans. Free is $0 with no credit card and lets you "Try 1 full lesson". Pro is $99 per month for an individual. Teams is $95 per person per month with a 2-person minimum and $75 per additional person, or $950 per person and $750 per additional person on the yearly option; the FAQ says "Plans are annual, billed monthly". Organisations over 100 users are directed to book a demo, and the page says "Discounted pricing is available for larger teams."

Teams includes everything in Pro plus an admin dashboard, seat management, team progress tracking, an "AI Coach based on company knowledge base", company document integration, scenario-based learning and priority onboarding. The pricing page says it "Supports your EU AI Act Article 4 AI-literacy obligation with per-employee training records." Pro includes certified badges; Scholé's llms.txt says it "issues its own completion badges, not accredited qualifications".

On data and security, Scholé states it "never trains on your data", holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and a SOC 2 report, and runs encrypted on Microsoft Azure, with uploaded documents stored in Switzerland and model inference that can run elsewhere, including the US. Its integrations page describes LTI 1.3 launch, OAuth2 token exchange, learner provisioning, xAPI statements to your own LRS and an analytics API, and names LMSs including Moodle, Canvas, Workday, Cornerstone and Docebo; its teams page says it "sits on top of the LMS you have rather than replacing it". The homepage FAQ lists lessons in English, French, German and Italian. A free tool library offers five-minute lessons for 114 AI tools with no signup.

What is Tosheo.ai planning?

Tosheo.ai is being built as self-serve AI training for teams of about 5 to 200 people, bought with a card and no sales call. A manager picks roles and the AI tools the team uses, optionally uploads up to five company documents, and invites the team. Planned prices are Team at $19 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum, Team Annual at $15 per seat per month billed yearly, and Growth at $29 per seat per month with a 20-seat minimum, document grounding and custom roles.

Each learner is planned to take a five-minute diagnostic, then follow an adaptive role path of 10 to 15 minute lessons, each ending in a hands-on task in a real AI tool. Tasks are graded by AI against a rubric the learner can see, and a learner can flag a score they disagree with for review. Managers see skill progress and completion, not chat logs. A final practical assessment leads to a recognised certificate with a verifiable URL. SSO, SCIM and LMS connections, non-English lessons and a browser extension are not in launch scope, and no security certification is claimed.

How do the two compare side by side?

How do the published prices compare?

On list price alone, Scholé's Teams plan was $95 per person per month on 16 October 2026, and Tosheo.ai's planned prices run from $15 to $29 per seat per month. That gap is real on paper, but Tosheo.ai's figures are an untested hypothesis, and the two plans do not include the same things: Scholé's price covers integrations, multilingual lessons, a company AI coach and security certifications that Tosheo.ai does not plan at launch.

Do not read this as Tosheo.ai being better value. Value depends on whether a team actually builds the skill, which neither this page nor any test here can show. Compare like with like for your own team, including seat minimums, billing commitments and what each plan includes.

When is Scholé the better choice?

Scholé is the better choice for many teams today, and in these cases you should shortlist it ahead of Tosheo.ai.

You need it now

Scholé is available and you can try a full lesson free. Tosheo.ai is pre-build.

You run an LMS

Scholé describes LTI 1.3 launch and xAPI progress to your own LRS, and sits on top of an existing LMS. Tosheo.ai has no LMS connection at launch.

You need EU AI Act Article 4 records

Scholé states per-employee training records to support the Article 4 AI-literacy obligation. Tosheo.ai does not plan a records feature for that purpose.

Your team learns in French, German or Italian

Scholé lists those alongside English. Tosheo.ai is English only.

You want scenario coaching on company knowledge

Scholé's Teams plan includes an AI coach based on your company knowledge base and scenario-based learning.

You are one person, or want free tool lessons

Scholé's Pro plan suits an individual, and its tool library is free. Tosheo.ai has no individual plan.

Security review needs a certificate

Scholé states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and a SOC 2 report. Tosheo.ai claims neither.

Where might Tosheo.ai fit when it launches?

Tosheo.ai is aimed at a narrower buyer: a manager of a small or mid-size team, often outside the EU or without an LMS, who wants each person practising real AI tasks for their role, with a standard they can see, at a planned price that can go on a card. In a fictional example, Brightwater Lettings, a 14-person property firm, wants negotiators to draft viewing follow-up emails with ChatGPT without promising terms the landlord has not agreed.

A planned Tosheo.ai task would ask the negotiator to draft the email from fictional viewing notes, then check every term in it against the landlord's instructions. A weak draft might say "the landlord is happy to include furniture"; the notes say only "may consider". The rubric would credit removing that promise. If the negotiator thinks the score is wrong, they flag it for review. Whether that approach suits your team is something to test when the product launches, not something this page can prove.

What should you verify before paying?

Check the same things with both providers, using one real task from your team.

Billing commitment

Scholé's plans are annual, billed monthly. Tosheo.ai plans monthly and annual options. Confirm cancellation terms.

Grading and disputes

Ask how work is scored, whether the learner sees the standard, and what happens to a disputed score.

Data handling

Ask where documents are stored, where model inference runs and who can see learner conversations.

Records and compliance

If Article 4 matters to you, ask exactly what each record contains. This page is general information, not legal advice.
