01 / The learning path

A clear path from trying AI to using it well.

A shared training programme should not mean the same lesson for everyone. A marketer writing a campaign brief needs different practice from a recruiter preparing interview questions. Tosheo.ai is organised around those differences, with short lessons connected to the work each person actually does.

01

Find the starting point

A short diagnostic identifies which skills need practice, so people do not have to start at the same place.

02

Practise real work

Work through role-specific tasks using the tools your team already uses. Review the result against a visible rubric.

03

Show the progress

The manager dashboard brings skill progress and completion into one view, without exposing raw learner chats.

02 / The learning path

Less watching. More working things out.

The lesson format combines a short explanation, a worked example and a task. The point is to practise the decisions that make AI useful: setting context, checking evidence, protecting information and editing an output before it reaches someone else.

Sessions are designed to take 10 to 15 minutes. Stronger performance can move a learner forward; a difficult task can lead to a simpler explanation and another attempt. Those are product design goals, not measured learning outcomes.

Learn on your own, or bring your whole team.

Tosheo.ai starts with one person. You sign up, create a workspace and own it. On the Individual plan you learn alone, with your own path, practice tasks marked against a visible rubric, an AI tutor and a library of saved prompts and templates.

When you want colleagues to learn with you, move to the Team plan and invite them. Your progress carries over. Team adds what a manager needs: a dashboard of team progress, lessons you can assign, a report on skills and gaps, a shared library and the option to use a few company documents in lessons. The pricing page has the figures for both.

A team habit you can actually support.

Managers need to know where to help, not read every conversation. Tosheo.ai shows skill progress, completed work and the next useful step. A recognised certificate follows a final practical assessment, with a verifiable URL each learner can share.

Tosheo.ai offers a 7-day free trial, with no credit card needed. Sign up, take the five-minute diagnostic and start a path of short lessons built around your role and the AI tools you already use. Examples shown on this website use fictional companies and tasks.

AI training for sales teams. Ground the conversation.

Tosheo.ai AI training for sales teams practises preparation and review: researching an account from real sources, writing outreach that asks a relevant question, preparing discovery and summarising calls without losing the unknowns. AI training for HR. Careful questions, better context.

AI training for operations teams

AI training for operations teams teaches people to use an AI assistant for process documents, handover summaries, supplier comparisons and spreadsheet work, and to check the output before anyone acts on it. Tosheo.ai delivers that as short, role-specific lessons with graded tasks.

AI training for product teams

AI training for product teams teaches product managers and their colleagues to use AI assistants for research synthesis, specs, acceptance criteria and release notes, without letting a fluent summary replace evidence. Tosheo.ai teaches this through short lessons and graded, role-specific tasks.

AI training for employees

AI training for employees teaches staff to use the AI tools your company has approved on their actual work: giving the tool clear context, keeping sensitive information out, checking what comes back and staying accountable for the result. The training that tends to hold up is short, specific to each role and built around practice tasks reviewed against criteria everyone can see.

How to build an AI policy for a small business

A small-business AI policy names the approved tools, the information that must stay out of them, who checks the output and whom to ask when a case is unclear. Write it from the work your team actually does, then test it on one real workflow before anyone signs it.

How to assess AI skills on your team

An AI skills assessment should ask people to do a role-relevant task with an AI tool and judge the work against criteria they can see in advance. Keep demonstrated work separate from confidence and completion, and say plainly what the result does not show.

How to use AI in your job: a role-by-role guide

Start with one recurring task you already know how to judge, give the AI tool the material and limits a new colleague would need, and check the result against the source before it leaves your hands. What that first task is, and what checking means, depends on your role, which is what this guide and its role pages cover.

AI tools for work: how a team chooses, approves and learns them

The best AI tools for work are usually the general assistants your team already has access to, approved for named tasks and learned through practice on real work. Start from the work and the accounts you pay for, not from a ranked list.

Prompt engineering: how to write prompts that hold up at work

Prompt engineering is the practice of writing and refining the instructions you give an AI tool so the answer is useful, checkable and fit for its purpose. For most staff it means writing a clear brief: the task, the context, the source material and the shape of the answer, then reviewing what comes back.

AI for business: a practical guide for small and mid-size teams

For most small and mid-size companies, AI for business means using general assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot on everyday language work, with clear rules about data and a named person checking the output. The hard part is not the tool. It is choosing the right tasks, setting boundaries and teaching people to review what comes back.

AI skills: what they are and how employees build them

For most employees, AI skills are the practical abilities to brief an AI tool well, use it on a real task, check what it produces and know when not to use it. They are built by doing role-relevant work with feedback, not by learning how models are made.
